If you are looking for a unique opportunity to learn about how to nourish your body ( and mind ) from real experts then I would encourage you ( without reservation ) to think about the Milestone retreat with Helena and Jonathan. Given what is included it is VERY good value compared to other detox offerings I have experienced. It is like coming to the best university of nutrition , where complex research is distilled and explained simply and always applied and you get the chance to practice . It’s odd to be on such a highly organised programme that feels so incredibly relaxed! And on top of that you will have the opportunity to experience the ‘kindest’ health focussed spa experiences - powerful Pilates , wonderful massages and even colonics from the effervescent Liz are manageable and clearly beneficial. Nothing here is superficial , everything tailored carefully to the different people who come for their different needs . Our lovely group ( aged ranging 21 - 59) left with one thing in common - a sincere belief that we have the confidence and knowledge to make better choices that will impact our health. Helena even sent us home with carrier bags of nutritional mega stars so we could get off to a good sustainable journey at home and at work. At Milestone you are also embraced into their local Cotswold community, I am even taking home some lovely pottery having met a local potter on one of our Cotswold walks. The programme at Milestone is one of the most thoughtful , safe and balanced experiences you will have . We are returning as a family to have a cookery day together with Helena in the New Year. I think its the best Christmas present I can give to my young adult children so they can make better choices. Thank you Helena and Jonathan for the deep detox experience you have both created .
