Massage
You can choose a 60 minute: Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Indian Head and Foot, Holistic Full Body, Pregnancy, Stress Therapy or Thermal Stone massage.

Colonic
Hydro-colonic therapy is a gentle internal bath using gravity-fed warm, purified and energised water to cleanse your colon. We offer an optional coffee enema or probiotic implant if you wish. Your colonic session will be preceded by a complimentary 15 minute session on our Chi machine.

Sauna
Enjoy the incredible benefits of our full spectrum infrared sauna to maximise your relaxation experience. You can burn up to 600 calories in one hour and it’s a deep detox experience. Your sauna session will be preceded by a complementary 15 minute session on our PEMF (pulsating electromagnetic frequency mat).
